New features:
- Finance Administrators can now make adjustments to actual and average balances through the web user interface within the administration area.
- Finance Administrators can now make add or edit actual and average budget balances through the web user interface within the administration area.
- Finance Administrators & Data Management Administrators can now copy descriptions and mapping from similar GL lines within 'Your Chart of Accounts'.
- Organisation Group Users can edit local organisation user accounts (optional).
- Local User Security Administrators can edit Organisation Group User accounts (optional).
