Basic description
The Member Tree Slicer allows the user to drill down into member base using three chosen factors, for example age range / gender / marital status, or new member / branch / product class (business line). The slicer allows comparison between any two months in history. Increase and decreases are shown, in absolute and percentage terms, and indicated as either positive (green) or negative (red) in impact.
Uses
The Member Tree Slicer allows managers to screen out the “noise” of minor increases/decrease and identify the main causative factors in a trend. For example, are increases in the member base related mainly to the number of new member or their size? Alternatively, is a trend general to all products or all branches. The Member Tree Slicer is also one of the few reports that allows analysis by customer type, age range or gender, if these factors are captured.
