Non-Performing Loan Trends

Basic description

This report tracks non-performing loans over a 13-month period by the number of non-performing loans, their value, and as a percentage of the portfolio. Also shown are the charge-offs (write-offs) over the same period. The analysis can be focused on specific products or branches. Multiple measures of non-performing loans can be selected, i.e. a range of past due bands.

Uses

This report can be used to identify how a region or branch, a specific product or group of products, contribute to non-performing loans. The 13-month presentation shows the general trend over the last year, highlighting any seasonality in the NPL trends.

Options

You can select:-

 A single branch, group of branches (e.g. region), or the whole institution
 A product, group of products (up to two levels of grouping) or the whole portfolio
 A range of NPL measures
