Basic description
This report shows the loan portfolio, and non-performing loans, by the maturity of the loan in months and years, in absolute and percentage terms. The maturity shown can be the original (term) or residual (to maturity). The maturities are broken done by product class (business line) and can be further refined by groups of products or individual products. The non-performing loans can be shown using a wide range of past due bands. The presentation is in the form of heat maps, i.e. tables with highest values or percentages highlighted in red.
Uses
This report is the principal report showing liquidity.
Options
You can select:-
Whether to breakdown the portfolio by loan count or value of loans
A single branch, group of branches (e.g. region), or the whole institution
Whether to examine the portfolio by:-
• Product class (business lines, e.g. mortgages)
• Product group (usually product types, e.g. fixed rate residential mortgages)
• Products (specific named products)
To band the maturities by:-
• Original term
• Residual (term to maturity)
