This report ranks the performance of account officers and measures them against targets, by new deposits (number and value) and total deposits. Variance against targets is shown in values and percentages. The report breaks out performance by business areas or specific products. The timescale for the report can be the current or previous month or the current quarter or year.
This report allows managers to see at a glance which account officers are performing well or badly vs. their peers over short (month) or medium-term (quarter, year) timescales and against targets set by management. The further analysis by business lines (e.g. shares, CDs) or specific products allows managers to see if trends are general to the branch or region in question or isolated to specific business areas within that unit.
