Branch Loan Analysis

Basic description

This report presents a global view by region, branch and loan officer of the number, value, average rate and size of loans, whether new or total portfolio, plus the number, value and percentage of non-performing loans. This report has multiple options to vary the order in which these factors are presented and can be extended to include multiple months.

Uses

This report can be used to compare performance of different regions, branches, and loan officers. This analysis can further be focused on business lines (e.g. mortgages, credit cards) or specific products. Such analysis can be used by the regional, branch or product managers to manage their performance in comparison to peers, or by senior managers to identify areas for attention. Adding months to the presentation also allows trends to be observed.

Options

You can select:-

 A single branch, group of branches (e.g. region), or the whole institution
 A product, group of products (up to two levels of grouping) or the whole portfolio
 The month for the data, or the end date for a monthly trend (3, 6, 9, 12 months)
 A range of ways to group and order the factors being analysed.
